1. Insert the pipe into the connector body until the sleeve fits the cone inside the connector body, and tighten the nut by hand.

Low check

Remove the pipe to check the fitting: the pipe at the end of the sleeve should have an even slight bump. The sleeve cannot slide back and forth, but slight rotation is allowed.
